2. SERVICES OFFERED
HARMONY PET SERVICES S.R.L. offers the following pet services:
- Pet Taxi — pet transportation;
- Dog Walking — dog walking;
- Pet Sitting — pet care at the client’s home;
- Pet Shopping — purchase and delivery of pet products.
Detailed descriptions and applicable rates for each service are shown on the website and may be updated periodically. The final price will be communicated to or confirmed with the client before the service is performed.
3. BOOKING SERVICES
Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, or the website contact form. When booking, the client will provide the information needed to organize the service (contact details, address, information about the pet).
A booking is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation from HARMONY PET SERVICES S.R.L.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices shown on the website are in RON and may change without prior notice; the price communicated when the booking is confirmed is the one that applies. Payment is made according to the method agreed with the client (cash, bank transfer, or another communicated method).
5. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
Clients may request the cancellation or modification of a booking with reasonable notice, by contacting HARMONY PET SERVICES S.R.L. through any of the available communication channels. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to conditions communicated separately by the provider, depending on the situation.
6. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information about the pet (health condition, behavior, any conditions or risks) necessary to safely perform the service. Failure to provide this information may affect the quality or safety of the service and releases HARMONY PET SERVICES S.R.L. from liability for any resulting incidents.
7. LIABILITY
HARMONY PET SERVICES S.R.L. will act with the necessary diligence and care in providing its services. The company’s liability is limited to damage directly caused by its proven fault and does not extend to situations arising from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client, or from causes that could not reasonably be controlled or foreseen (force majeure, unpredictable pet behavior, undisclosed pre-existing medical conditions, etc.).
8. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any complaint about services provided can be sent to harmonypetservicestm@gmail.com or +40 722 403 622. We will review and respond to complaints within a reasonable time.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, consumers have the right to use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) procedure, through the platform provided by the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), available at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between HARMONY PET SERVICES S.R.L. and its clients.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
This document may be updated periodically. The version in effect is the one published on the website at the time the services are used.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable Romanian law, including consumer protection legislation.
